Good article on SWVA and tax increases

I think its a great idea that deserves to be revisited. Like minded people with like minded values. Its true that Frankfurt has been putting the screws to eastern Ky for quite sometime the same way Richmond has done with this area...I wouldn't doubt that the folks in east TN has to deal with quite a bit of crap from Nashville as well. Be nice to get some kinda petition going on that to gauge the interest level at the very least. I know there is something like that going on up in Vermont where a small section of the state wants to be part of New Hampshire.

I think it was revisited though Titan just about 10 years ago, with the idea of incorporating about 5 states.
